Hi, I’m Monica.

My life has taken me across cities, states, and countries — all while starting a family, growing it, and eventually settling in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Along the way, I learned how to make new spaces feel intentional, how to stay organized through constant change, and how to keep things moving even when life is full.

Professionally, I’ve spent nearly 20 years in international commodity trading world with roles in supply chain management, logistics, project management, and corporate strategy — work that’s all about planning, coordination, and creating systems that make things run smoothly.

This is where Quiet Edit comes in — the intersection of my professional experience and my personal one.

What began with offering closet organization and simplification, quickly expanded to leaning into my experience in larger scale coordination. Once I was in someone’s home, clients often asked if I could help with other areas that needed clarity or coordination — preparing for a move, resetting multiple rooms, or managing the details that quickly add up in moments of transition The need was clear, one trusted point of contact that understood the space and could coordinate their need.

Today, I combine hands‑on organization with a thoughtful, project‑minded approach to help people maintain their closets and homes with more ease and intention. Whether it’s a single closet or a broader transition, my goal is to make the process feel lighter, clearer, and far more manageable.

Quiet Edit is about creating intentional spaces that work well and feel good to live in, diminishing the burden of accumulated items, and serving as your single point of contact to expertly coordinate complex home transitions—always with absolute privacy and without judgment.
